If you are unsatisfied with your oil painting purchase and would like to apply for a return or refund, please review our return policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer service team via [email protected].
2. Return Period
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any return requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
3. General Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Artwork must be in original, unused, and unblemished condition, with no scratches, stains, creases, paint peeling, or signs of improper handling or display.

All original packaging, accessories, and protective materials must be intact and returned together with the artwork.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Damage, stains, deformation, or paint peeling caused by improper use, sunlight exposure, inappropriate temperature or humidity storage, and manual mishandling.

Artworks that show obvious signs of use, modification, or self-cleaning damage.
5. Damaged & Defective Items
If your handmade painting arrives damaged, defective, or with production flaws, please complete the following steps within 24 hours of delivery:

Take clear photos or videos of the defective artwork and original outer packaging.

After verification, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Our Responsibility (Free Return Shipping): We cover all return shipping fees for quality defects, production errors, wrong items, or damage caused during shipping.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for personal reasons, including but not limited to changed mind, personal preference, size mismatch, or dissatisfaction with visual effect.

8. Refund Processing & Method
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork to confirm it meets return standards, we will process your refund within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.
All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The final arrival time of funds depends on the processing rules of your bank or payment institution.
9. Exchange Policy
We do not support direct product exchanges. If you need to exchange your artwork, please initiate a return request following our return process, and place a new order for your desired style or size.
