Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your package arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery or contact the carrier, and then contact us with photos of the product and shipping label so we can assist you.
Please contact us with a photo of the item you received and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships, and if you do not receive it or are unable to track your package, please contact us for assistance. Some shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier and destination.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 5:30 PM (business days) will start processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States only, and all orders include free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.

We accept secure payments via major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely to protect your payment information.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and incorrect items
You can submit a return request through your customer account or contact us if you do not have an account. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must be unopened and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
We do not support direct product exchanges. If you need to exchange your artwork, please initiate a return request following our return process, and place a new order for your desired style or size.
All artworks in our store are handmade paintings on canvas. We do not sell prints.
Handle the canvas with clean, dry hands and avoid placing anything on or against the surface. Keep it away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat, and do not use chemical cleaners. If the canvas loosens over time, gently misting the back with clean or distilled water may help restore tautness as it dries.
